There are different ways and interventions for managing our own state. We can exercise a positive influence on our inner attitude through movement and sports, or with silence, gardening work and meditation.
Here is a brief and effective yoga breathing exercise for more peace and serenity that can be done in a 5-10 minute interruption of activity:
Take 10 minutes in an undisturbed space for this exercise.
Assume an upright, centered seating position, or lay down.
Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
Which each inhalation and exhalation, say the following to yourself:
